Lizzie Luchsinger, Chef, HWC
Lizzie is passionate about people, food, and the planet. An advocate for achieving health through lifestyle and culinary medicine, Lizzie will be your coach and champion. She is a graduate of The College of William & Mary and Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. She is a health coach, Program Faculty for the CHEF Coaching program (Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, Institute of Lifestyle Medicine, Harvard Medical School), Affiliate Clinical Faculty at Grand Valley State University, and Program Coordinator for Community Culinary and Nutrition at Kalamazoo Valley Community College.
Recent projects include working with underserved communities to increase access to healthy food, providing customized culinary medicine experiences for pre-med and nursing students, and forming regional collaborations to fund and advance access to nutrition and culinary education.
In her time off, Lizzie enjoys kayaking, hiking, traveling, beekeeping, and wandering through the woods.
